Hi, I am Lauren Olivia Hertzler Owner of Picture Perfect Pools & Spas NC. I started the business in April 2021, But Have been in the pool and spa industry since August 2013. I have taken classes with all the major pool equipment companies and continue to do so to stay up to date with all the industry changes and evolvements. I am also a certified pool and spa operator.
